We are delighted to welcome Phil Rodgers as the latest addition to our team. Phil will be working towards a PhD, researching a new approach to Game AI based on offline learning of pattern libraries. We hope that we can apply this technique both to decision logic of agents, but we believe that there is also significant potential for this technique to be applied in the context of game development and content generation.
